Our approach is to examine projects from a method that ensures sustainability.  We take the Triple-Bottom-Line approach, which uses three criteria to measure the success of a project:

• Economic:  Deliver market-based returns on capital investments to shareholders.

• Community:  Respect and work with stakeholders to bring forth healthy communities; make a positive long-term impact on the neighborhood through quality design and development.

• Environment:  Protect the environment through sustainable development that conserves natural resources and creates healthy places to live and work.

We believe the overlap of these three dimensionsof measuring success define a sustainable project.  In addition, Roosevelt Development Group strongly believes in developing real estate projects near public transit infrastructure and in building communities that reflect the values of Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) and Transit-Oriented Communities (TOCs) to lower the environmental impacts of suburban sprawl while also leveraging publicly financed transit investments.  We believe smart development has many positive social and environmental benefits.
